Moral and Ethics

World of Information – Information to Succeed in Once Career. What do you mean by a Moral?
It means what is right and wrong concerning to a human behaviour.  A Society or World at large depends on moral.  The Human behaviour towards this moral plays a significant role in the family, society, friends, teachers, elders and customers/clients etc.,  If an Individual follows a right path  i.e. doing things in a right manner then there will not be any obstructions or barriers to ones goal and achieves pinnacles of success.

What do you mean by Ethics?
It deals with ideas about what is good and bad and with moral duty and obligation.  An individual has to follow good ethics. i.e. Ideas about what is good for him/her, society, community and country.  One has to perform their moral duty and give back the benefits to all stake holders of society.  One should not do unethical things that leads to corruption, divorcing from relations, disputes arises within family members, friends, partners, losses in business and there will be a big loss to the society.

When do an Individual think about moral and performs things in an ethical manner?
The answer is when he/she follows a "Sadguru-Who is an Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient".

One can learn this from following relationship:
Master-Disciple
Teacher-Student and
Father-Son

In this regard, my opinion is to learn moral from Philosophies of Sadguru and Saints.  Some of them like:

Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja Master: After a decade of intellectual quest for Truth, he was converted by a profound spiritual experience at the Samadhi Mandir of Sri Saibaba of Shirdi. Thereby he left Indian Administrative Service(IAS), which is a highly respected position in the society and took a position as Lecturer of English literature for the ease of spreading his master's teachings. Thereafter he devoted himself to a lifetime of intensive research into the lives and teachings of several saints, travelling extensively and personally contacting many of them. Like many other great men he also insisted on the necessity of a Sadguru to direct one smoothly in the spiritual path. The culmination of all this is a series of books on Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi and many more great saints. Sadguru.

Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja Master says, "A diligent study of lives of saints, their acts and teachings would educate all aspirants to transcend the vicious, narrow barrier of religion and race and identify a true Sadguru." Click here.
